Express Ticketing® and Express Fares™, Consolidation, specialises in promoting and marketing airlines’ products to the travel industry. This division was formed when the Company was first started 30 years ago and is the largest division in the Group.

State of the art ticketing and web-based fares distribution system launched in September 2004, provide a range of benefits to authorised agents. These include a 24 hour ticket turnaround; the provision of 24/7 auto-ticketing ticketing facilities; on call after hour service and use of the system to validate fares ruling and conditions before the ticket is printed. This system presents current airfares and deals, and simple-access search functions by carrier, destination or price.

Preferred agency groups are the “Select Travel Group” exceeding 300 travel agencies, and the "1ndependence Travel Group" exceeding 100 travel agencies nationally. 

Express Ticketing® also issues tickets for travel agents on behalf of partner airlines throughout Australia. The travel agency client base is wide with a varied market, and is in excess of 500 agents Australia wide. Hence, the 1ndependence group was launched on the 4th of July 2006 to meet the increasing demands of the market.

The Retail division includes Orient Express Travel in Melbourne and ChungPak Travel in Sydney CBD and Chatswood. ChungPak Travel was merged into the Sydney operation in November 2005.

The Wholesale division represents 2 wholesale brands all specialising in different markets and destinations:

Orient Express Holidays® - offers packages, special boutique accommodation, cruise and escorted holidays to various Asian destinations - specialising in Hong Kong, China, India, Bangkok and Dubai.

Transglobal Destinations - offers packages, escorted tours, cruises, customised private tours, special interest groups and leisure travel to non Asian destinations specialising in Turkey, Greece and Egypt.

Orient Express Travel Corporate is the retail arm which sells travel services to corporate clients. In addition, this division offers a web-based service which provides corporate travel services to membership based organisations.
